In this second case study, as part of the 'Immersion into Product Management' course at CareerFoundry, I tackled the challenge of increasing user interaction and revitalizing interest in the Aperture photo-sharing app. Faced with declining active users, I conducted research that revealed users who engage with filters demonstrate higher app engagement. This project focuses on developing a prototype that makes filters more accessible and engaging. By experimenting with the placement of filters and trying out different icons, I aimed to create a solution that boosts user interaction. Dive into the detailed journey of this creative and strategic endeavor.

In this project, part of CareerFoundry's 'Intro to Product Management' course, I tackled the challenge of improving MakeYourMap's contributor feature to boost user engagement. By conducting thorough research and gathering user insights, I identified key issues and developed a solution focusing on multi-language support and enhanced usability. Through iterative prototyping, I aimed to make MakeYourMap more accessible and engaging, particularly for non-English speakers. This project showcases my application of product management skills to drive significant improvements in user-generated content.
